Instead of firing incompetent employees, the current mayor and past mayoral regimes transfer the employees to the water department. This practice has occurred so often for so many years that it's a joke among Toledo residents.

Pleasant weather continues. Temps were in the 50s this morning, again. A little warmer in the city. Little rain is forecast for the next seven days. We received a few sprinkles yesterday, but it was not measurable.

I'm not devoted to web browsers either. I have at least a dozen web browsers installed on my home desktop Linux machine. I like Linux, but outside of that, I'm not devoted to Apple and Google's operating systems. I can work with anything.
